One way to recharge your body is with a unique massage called Thai Yoga Massage. It’s a different type of massage that combines stretching, gentle twisting, asanas and palming and is sure to help you relax and recover.
A Thai Yoga Massage stimulates pressure points to open the body’s energy pathways and allows the body to heal. It’s a more active type of massage with different yoga poses which allow for a deeper stretch.

Become mindful of every step we take
Walking known as “Cankama” in the Pali language, is one of the most common physical activities of the human beings during their day to day life. Normally, walking is done like an automatic action without paying much attention to it but in walking meditation the same action is used to develop concentration and wisdom into the reality of physical and mental phenomena. Walking meditation can be described as the practice of walking back and forth on a chosen walking path with the intention of developing concentration, tranquility and/or wisdom while maintaining mindfulness on the present moment.
The magic of walking
In walking meditation the meditator generally focuses the attention on the act of walking itself and maintains awareness on various experiences that are experienced during the act of walking. It can be practised by both the beginners to meditation and by experienced meditators. Some meditators may find it easier to develop concentration and mindfulness with walking meditation compared to the sitting posture. In walking meditation, attention is focused on the act of walking itself here and now instead of being preoccupied with or paying attention to the destination of the walk.
The special of Jonathans Thai Massage Workshop
We would explore the magic of walking meditation as we connect the feet into the earth and become mindful of every step we take. Through this practice you will become not only rooted to the present moment but also to Mother Earth.

Move in a more graceful, connected way
The term Vinyasa is derived from nyasa, meaning “to place,” and vi, meaning “in a special way.” This indicates that we are not “throwing our bodies around” but are bringing consciousness to each movement in each moment. Vinyasa Yoga connects one posture to the next using the breath. This can be thought of as linking or flowing into postures which is sometimes why it’s called “Flow Yoga”. “Transitions” are what connect one posture to another in Vinyasa. They are the in-between part. What is not always appreciated is that transitions are considered postures themselves. To move in a more graceful, connected way, allot just as much time developing skill in the transitions as you do in the asana.
The Special of Jonathans Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.
As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter into a posture, are there for a while and then leave.
So in essence we will continue flowing, just like the flow of life that never stops. - 2 x YIN YOGA, Yoga | Klasse / Practice

Awareness of inner silence
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. For beginners, asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and as nadis in Hatha yoga.
Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body – the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
The special of Jonathans Yin Yoga Workshop
When you practice yin yoga, there's suddenly time for your to experience all of your emotions in full. Many thoughts and feelings might unexpectedly rise from the shadows of your mind. The practice of yin will guide you through observing, rather than reacting. Simply allowing your emotions be present with you can give you a huge release. When we suppress our feelings day by day, it can become exhausting on the subconscious. With yin yoga, you'll clear your mind of emotions that aren't serving you well, and become aware of things that need more of your attention. This helps you work through mental blockages and find more peace.
